Silk Screen Printing Services

Our custom silk screen printing service delivers sharp, vibrant and long-lasting printed graphics on a wide range of apparel and textile products. As a classic and reliable printing craft, screen printing transfers your custom logos, brand slogans, artwork and personalized patterns onto garments by pressing ink through fine mesh screens, ensuring uniform ink coverage and outstanding color saturation.

This printing technique works perfectly for T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, tote bags and various fabric accessories. The printed layer features strong adhesion, excellent wash resistance, anti-cracking and anti-fading performance, maintaining clear details even after frequent repeated washing.

We offer flexible customization on print size, position, color palette and ink types, including standard water-based ink, plastisol ink and eco-friendly ink options to meet different texture and environmental requirements. Ideal for small promotional batches, team uniforms, brand wholesale clothing and event merchandise. We provide pre-production proof confirmation, strict quality inspection and stable lead time to ensure every printed piece fully matches your design expectations.

How Is Water-Based Ink Different?

silk screen printing, water based ink, plastisol ink, water based vs plastisol, screen printing ink difference, custom clothing screen printing

Unlike their PVC-based plastisol counterparts, water-based screen printing inks utilize water as the primary solvent. This fundamental difference makes them more environmentally friendly and aligns with our potential customers’ sustainability values.

Print Styles

Depending on the print result you’re going for, one may serve your needs better than the other—but you can rest assured that all three will give you a lasting print that will be soft to the touch and won’t crack or peel.

Silk Screen Printing 1

SuperSoft

A water-based ink that literally dyes the fabric of your t-shirt. Depending on the shirt fabric, SuperSoft could result in a more vintage looking print, but always one that’s extraordinarily soft.

Silk Screen Printing 2

Bold

Our Bold ink is a high-opacity water-based ink that creates a slightly thicker print than SuperSoft. While it has a bit of a feel to it, the results are an exceptionally vibrant print across all fabric colors and blends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Silk Screen Printing FAQs

What fabrics are suitable for custom silk screen printing?

Silk screen printing works best on cotton, polyester blends, canvas, fleece and most woven textiles. We do not recommend ultra-thin stretch fabrics that may cause ink cracking.

Is there a minimum order quantity for screen printing?

We accept both small batch and bulk orders. MOQ varies based on design colors; fewer colors usually come with a lower minimum order requirement.

How many colors can I use in one screen printing design?

Each separate color requires an individual screen. Normally we support up to 6 colors per design. More colors will increase production cost and turnaround time.

Will the printed pattern fade or peel off after repeated washing?

We use high-quality eco-friendly ink. Properly washed in cold water and air-dried, the print stays vibrant, crack-resistant and peel-proof for long-term use.

Can I print my own custom logo or artwork?

Yes. You can provide your high-resolution vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS. Blurry pixel images may need slight design adjustment for clear printing effects.

Can I change the printing position and size of my design?

Absolutely. You can confirm the printing location (chest, back, sleeve, hem) and custom print dimension during the pre-production sample confirmation stage.

How long is the production lead time for custom screen printing orders?

Normally production takes 7–15 working days after sample approval. Expedited rush orders are available upon extra service fee.

Do you offer pre-production samples before mass production?

Yes. We can make a physical sample for you to check color, printing position and craftsmanship before starting bulk manufacturing.
