Silk Screen Printing Services
Our custom silk screen printing service delivers sharp, vibrant and long-lasting printed graphics on a wide range of apparel and textile products. As a classic and reliable printing craft, screen printing transfers your custom logos, brand slogans, artwork and personalized patterns onto garments by pressing ink through fine mesh screens, ensuring uniform ink coverage and outstanding color saturation.
This printing technique works perfectly for T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, tote bags and various fabric accessories. The printed layer features strong adhesion, excellent wash resistance, anti-cracking and anti-fading performance, maintaining clear details even after frequent repeated washing.
We offer flexible customization on print size, position, color palette and ink types, including standard water-based ink, plastisol ink and eco-friendly ink options to meet different texture and environmental requirements. Ideal for small promotional batches, team uniforms, brand wholesale clothing and event merchandise. We provide pre-production proof confirmation, strict quality inspection and stable lead time to ensure every printed piece fully matches your design expectations.

Standard Embroidery
Cutting-Edge Technology
Standard embroidery uses basic thread/yarn; the final result is nearly flat on your chosen garment. Metallic thread can be used to add a bit of flare.

Puff Embroidery
Personalized Support
Puff uses a thick, foam-like material that is then stitched over, resulting in designs that pop off the garment and create a 3D effect.

Patches
Effortless Setup
Patches are a great way to add a detailed and complex design to hats, bags, sweatshirts, jackets, and other apparel items.

How Is Water-Based Ink Different?
silk screen printing, water based ink, plastisol ink, water based vs plastisol, screen printing ink difference, custom clothing screen printing
Unlike their PVC-based plastisol counterparts, water-based screen printing inks utilize water as the primary solvent. This fundamental difference makes them more environmentally friendly and aligns with our potential customers’ sustainability values.
Print Styles
Depending on the print result you’re going for, one may serve your needs better than the other—but you can rest assured that all three will give you a lasting print that will be soft to the touch and won’t crack or peel.

SuperSoft
A water-based ink that literally dyes the fabric of your t-shirt. Depending on the shirt fabric, SuperSoft could result in a more vintage looking print, but always one that’s extraordinarily soft.

Bold
Our Bold ink is a high-opacity water-based ink that creates a slightly thicker print than SuperSoft. While it has a bit of a feel to it, the results are an exceptionally vibrant print across all fabric colors and blends.

Other Services
Our team of stitching wizards/clothing embroiderers are at the ready. Here’s how we take your design from cool idea to tangible item.

3D embroidery
is a distinctive decorative craft that creates raised, three-dimensional patterns on the surface of fabrics. Different from traditional flat embroidery, this technique adds special foam padding underneath embroidery threads before stitching. After dense stitching covers the foam completely, the excess foam is trimmed off to form plump, protruding patterns with strong stereoscopic effects.

Flocking embroidery
Flocking embroidery effectively upgrades the texture and high-end sense of clothing. Whether for fashion streetwear, corporate uniforms or personalized custom garments, this delicate craft helps your apparel stand out from conventional printed and embroidered styles with unique visual and tactile charm.

sequin embroidery
This craft is widely applied to dresses, We support fully customized sequin layout, color matching and pattern design, able to produce both delicate small-area embellishment and bold full-piece sequin embroidery, delivering high-end, glamorous decorative effects for personalized clothing and brand fashion items.

Affixed cloth embroidery
We adopt high-quality adhesive lining and durable embroidery yarns to ensure the affixed cloth patches fit tightly with the base fabric without bulging or falling off. Various stitching styles are available, including lock stitch, zigzag stitch and decorative outline stitch,

Maching embroidery
Digital programming allows flexible customization of logos, letters, patterns and graphic designs. Whether for small-batch personalized orders or large-scale bulk brand production, machine embroidery can maintain unified product quality, shorten production cycles and realize efficient mass customization with stable, exquisite and long-lasting decorative effects.

Design like the wind
From streamlined panel construction to subtle decorative details, our exquisite craftsmanship turns wind-inspired creativity into wearable art, balancing fashionable fluid styling with long-lasting durability for everyday and streetwear scenarios alike.

towel embroidery
